Photography & Naturalist Cruise

Angelique is now on the Photography and Naturalist Cruise, with Neal Parent and Michael Marion providing us with lots of learning opportunities. We have seen bald eagles, loons, osprey, and seals so far, and Neal is helping us learn how to use our cameras to their best ability. We have even seen a great blue heron!

We had a great lobster bake on Placentia Island, a beautiful spot between Swans Island and Bass Harbor. The island is abandoned now, but for years it was the home of Art and Nan Kellam.

We had nice, cool weather on the water, unlike those of you on land.  We’re leaving Hell’s Half Acre for a trip to Stonington to walk on shore. We’ve had a great bunch of people from all over the United States. Angelique is having a brilliant time, and we’ve got photographs to prove it!
